Your new bathroom comes with a one year guarantee covering labor and materials starting the day the project is completed. We also pass on to you the manufacturers guaranties. Guarantees and Claims under GuaranteeThe guarantor is Easy Bath, located at 8023 Leesburg Pike in Tysons Corner, Virginia. We guarantee against defective products and against faulty workmanship for a minimum period of 12 months from the actual date the job is completed. These guarantees do not cover normal wear and tear; neglect; abuse or misuse of your products and materials; loss or damage due to fire, smoke, water, lightning, sunlight, weather, rusting, corrosion, theft or explosion; accidental damage or loss or damage caused by a third party. In the event of a claim under guarantee occurring, please phone Easy Bath at 877 4 EZ BATH. We will arrange to repair or replace the defective or incorrect item free of charge. Should a part no longer be available, it will be replaced with a part that most closely matches it. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage arising out of defective, damaged or wrongly delivered products over and above the value of the goods themselves. This does not affect your statutory rights. Extended GuaranteeExtend your piece of mind to new boundaries. By choosing the extended guarantee you cover your bathroom remodeling project for years to come from unwanted surprises. Our finished remodeling jobs are covered by a one year guarantee (labor and materials) built-into the price.
